Kathryn Budig is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, author, and co-host of the podcast, Free Cookies. Kathryn is known for her accessibility, humor, and ability to empower her students and readers through her message, \"aim true\". The Kansas native graduated from the University of Virginia with a double degree in English and Drama before moving to Los Angeles, where she trained at Yogaworks under the tutelage of her mentors, Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller.\n\nWith over a decade of experience in her field, Budig served as the yoga editor to Women's Health magazine for five years, contributed recipes and sat on the Yahoo Health Advisory Board, and regularly contributes to Yoga Journal and MindBodyGreen. She was a featured athlete in Under Armour's \"I WILL WHAT I WANT\" campaign, and is the founder of her animal project, Poses for Paws. Kathryn is also a budding designer, creating a capsule collection for KiraGrace, Asha Patel Designs and Vapour Beauty. She is the creator of the Aim True Yoga DVD, author of The Women's Health Big Book of Yoga, and best-selling Aim True.

Level 2-3 30 mins

Weave bursts of energy into a Vinyasa Flow practice to build full-body strength. Expect to get sweaty with dynamic planks, mountain climbers, hop squats, and jumping jacks, then wind down with a backbend and a hip opener. Props Suggested: A block.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Shake out whatever isn't serving you while getting a serious workout. This class will keep you moving, utilizing a variety of props to strengthen your upper body, lower body, and core. Work up a sweat then slow it down with a brief supported bridge, inversion, happy baby, a twist, and savasana. Props Needed: A resistance loop, a set of weights, a block, and a blanket.

Yoga

Level 2 45 mins

Incorporate various breath techniques throughout this brisk flow in order to arrive firmly in the here and now. Hold warrior II, extended side angle, revolved triangle, and plank to practice specific breath cues, then wind down with a calming breath, camel, and a hip opener of your choice. Props Needed: A block.
